Project Overview This low-density residential development by Al Ghurair Development is located in Dubai South and comprises a ground floor plus four residential floors with only 80 residences. Designed by architecture studio Aires Mateus, the project introduces a concept that combines the privacy and openness of townhouse living with the convenience of apartment living. The building is divided into smaller sections separated by open spaces to improve natural light, airflow, and privacy. Residences include approximately 2-bedroom + maid units from 1,300 sq. ft., 2-bedroom duplex + study + maid units from 1,585 sq. ft., and 3-bedroom + maid units from 1,530 sq. ft.
