Project Overview & DescriptionEden House Za’abeel embodies a striking balance between sculptural architecture and unexpected warmth, reflecting the dynamic contrast between DIFC’s urban energy and Za’abeel’s refined calm. Designed by DXB Lab with interiors by Tristan Auer, the residences are shaped by architectural clarity, tactile detail, and raw materiality, creating a lifestyle that feels both sophisticated and deeply connected to its surroundings. The building presents a powerful architectural statement, resembling a beautifully carved sculpture that commands attention through simplicity and quiet confidence. Its concrete form reveals a surprising softness in materiality, while the design takes inspiration from the site’s original Ghaf groves. Graceful curvilinear gestures, textured concrete façades, cascading greenery, and a rhythmic grid of balconies with curved handrails create a refined balance between urban sophistication and organic elegance. Courtyards and verdant landscaping offer peaceful spaces for pause, gathering, and connection, shaping a lifestyle that is both private and community-oriented.
